TDCS PSA Privacy Policy
How the TDCS PSA app handles information. Effective 6 October 2026.
TDCS PSA is a private business tool built and run by The Duncan Consultancy (“TDCS”, “we”, “us”), Antigua and Barbuda. TDCS uses it only to run its own IT support business. It is not offered to the public, and only people TDCS has invited can sign in.
Why the app connects to QuickBooks
TDCS connects the app to TDCS’s own QuickBooks Online company so it can prepare monthly billing estimates for TDCS clients. It is used for nothing else.
What we read from QuickBooks
- The company name and its home currency.
- The list of products and services and the list of tax codes, to check that the right items exist.
- Customer names, to find the customer an estimate belongs to.
- Estimates that the app has made, to avoid duplicates and to show their status.
What we write to QuickBooks
- Estimates only, and only after a TDCS administrator has seen a preview and pressed Approve.
- A new customer, only when the client is not already in QuickBooks, and only as part of an approved estimate.
The app never creates invoices, never sends anything to a client, and never deletes anything in QuickBooks.
What we store
- The QuickBooks company ID and company name, and whether the testing or live environment is connected.
- Intuit’s sign-in tokens, stored encrypted. They are never shown on screen, never written to logs, and never sent to anyone except Intuit.
- For each estimate the app made: the client, the month, the QuickBooks estimate ID and number, and the total.
- A record (an audit log) of who approved what and when.
We do not see or store your QuickBooks username or password. Signing in happens on Intuit’s own page.
Who can see it
Only TDCS staff whom the administrator has invited, and only the parts their role allows. Only the administrator can connect QuickBooks. We do not sell, rent or share QuickBooks data with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is kept
The app runs on Microsoft Azure in the East US region. The database is private and cannot be reached from the public internet.
Removing the connection
The administrator can disconnect QuickBooks at any time in the app’s Settings. Disconnecting tells Intuit to stop accepting the saved sign-in, and deletes the saved tokens and the connection record from the app. Records of estimates already made stay in TDCS’s billing history. The connection can also be removed from inside QuickBooks, or by contacting us.
