This agreement covers your use of TDCS PSA, a private business application owned and run by The Duncan Consultancy (“TDC”, “we”, “us”), Antigua and Barbuda. By signing in and using the app you agree to it.

What the app is

TDCS PSA is an internal business tool that TDC uses to run its own IT support business. It is not sold or offered to the public.

Who may use it

Only people TDC has invited, for TDC business, and only within the role TDC has given them. Access is personal and must not be shared. Contractors can see only their own time and the clients and tickets assigned to them.

Connection to QuickBooks

The app connects to TDC’s own QuickBooks Online company through Intuit’s sign-in. It prepares estimates only. An administrator sees a preview first, and the estimate is created only after approval. The app never sends anything to a client. The administrator may disconnect at any time.

Your responsibilities

• Use the app lawfully and only for TDC work.
• Check each preview before approving it.
• Keep your sign-in secure, and tell TDC at once if you think it has been misused.

Accuracy

Figures in the app are prepared from recorded time and TDC’s agreed rates. They are working figures for TDC’s own checking, and they are reviewed in QuickBooks before any invoice is issued.

Limits on our responsibility

The app is provided “as is” for internal use. To the extent the law allows, TDC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

Ending access

TDC may suspend or end anyone’s access at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Antigua and Barbuda.
